Wigs are non-refundable and non-returnable with the exception of defective items. We do this to protect all our customers as wigs can absorb personal and environment odors like smoking, sweat, etc.
Items other than wigs may be returned within 15 days of delivery as long as they are unopened, in original condition and packaging. A restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the product will apply, customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the items being returned.
